Darren Holowka received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.  He completed his residency at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre and a clinical research fellowship at the National Center for PTSD, VA Boston Healthcare System.

He is the author of scientific publications on the assessment and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder and other consequences of psychological trauma, including anger, guilt, and functional impairment.
