Darren Holowka, PhD

Providing comprehensive outpatient services in person to Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts, and online to all PsyPact states, including diagnostic assessment and treatment services, Dr. Holowka also provides state of the art therapy for anxiety and depression, and other psychological difficulties.

Specializing in the delivery of trauma-focused therapy for survivors of rape, childhood sexual/physical abuse, domestic violence, warzone or refugee trauma, or other serious accident or injury, Dr. Holowka uses scientifically-proven and individually-tailored techniques including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Mindfulness-Based therapies, and Prolonged-Exposure Therapy. Together we will work to help you overcome your past experiences and reclaim your life.
